## Etymology
Blend of nugget (“an item that is typically old and of dubious quality or poor condition”) + earbud (“a small earphone designed to be placed in the ear canal for use with portable sound systems”). Perhaps coined, certainly popularised, by the videos of Australian tech YouTuber, drummer and audiophile Wade "DankPods" Nixon.
